I think President Obama is a deep winter. Although I see some yellow tones in his skin, I think the blue undertones are more dominate in his complexion and are enhanced by the deep winter palette. His complexion looks sallow to me in the warm colors…

Baracks coloring is similar to my own. What I have come to understand is that hair color is very important for everyone to keep them in balance. A dash of black or any dark color brings me into focus. Therefore I would recommend a deep pallet although he could probably look great in colors from the soft autumn pallet. Without at least some dark accents, shoes, belt, briefcase, (even buttons) he would not look pulled together.

Someone said in an earlier post that the soft autumn colors make him look ‘provencial’. They might have been referring to the fact that there aren’t a lot of ‘authoritative’ colors choices in the soft autumn palette like there are in the various winter palettes.
What he could do is select a shirt/tie color that blends with his slightly warm, soft coloring and stick with the stronger, more authoritative colors for his suit. To me, he tends to look sickly in deep winter colors.

For a second, I lookrf at the blue from the Deep Autumn palette and thought wow that’s awesome, but then I looked at the lime green colour at the bottom and thought soft autumn for sure lol
